Lucy gave the address at the funeral of my mother in law. She did a wonderful job, taking the time ahead of the service to speak to a number of close family and friends. As a result, she accumulated a balance of poignant and lighthearted stories which she assembled and delivered in a sensitive and beautiful address. It served to give a very personal message, invoking cherished memories and imparting new information about a very special lady.  Lucy hit all the right notes for my mother in law – which was of course so important for my wife’s experience of the day. Lucy has the skills and personality to adapt to all manner of different celebrations.

Lucy gave a brilliant tribute to my mum at her funeral.  Mum was an unconventional and quite eccentric person. Lucy captured this with good humour and thoughtfulness.  Mum’s friends commented that Lucy captured Mum perfectly which was lovely to hear.

A big thank you to Lucy who gave a beautiful, heartfelt tribute to my husband Gareth at his funeral service. As she was such a good friend of his, her words captured his personality so perfectly, his warmth, love and especially his humour. Lucy’s many stories made us laugh through our tears and reminded everyone of his wonderful spirit and the joy he brought into every room. It was clear that her words came from a place of true friendship and by reflecting on his amusing anecdotes she helped to lighten a very sad occasion.

Lucy spoke at our dear friend Gareth’s funeral, which came as such a sudden and heartbreaking loss. Gareth was one of a kind, a real character who always had us in stitches. Lucy captured his personality and his many antics perfectly, while also honouring what a wonderful friend and colleague he was.

She spoke about how Gareth always championed those around him, had your back, and was your biggest cheerleader. There were so many stories about him, and Lucy told them brilliantly.
